New Delhi:

On Teacher’s Day, heartfelt messages from celebrities arrived, paying tribute to their mentors. Aamir Khan’s Teacher’s Day post was simple and poignant – he simply shared a photo with who appears to be his school teachers and wrote, “Thank you.” For Ajay Devgn, the camera is her greatest teacher, while for Tahira Kashyap, they turned out to be the books she learned the most from. Actors like Sonu Sood and Arjun Rampal dedicated heartbreaking notes to loved ones they lost. Meanwhile,

From everything we learn, what stays with us is what we get from our family. Here is my clan of wardrobes that have taught me great values in life …# HappyTeachersDay2020 pic.twitter.com/6mfbgwsOOY

This is what Ajay Devgn wrote: “On Teacher’s Day, I salute the camera. I realized that every time I am behind it, I have learned something new. It is an ongoing process.”

Sonu Sood, who lost her mother in 2007, dedicated an emotional message to her on Teacher’s Day: “Tere hi dikhaye rashte pe nikal hoon, Ma. Door manjil hai lekin milegi zaroor. Happy teacher’s day, my teacher. “

Arjun Rampal also remembered his late mother on Teacher’s Day with an emotional post. “She sacrificed her entire life selflessly for the betterment of her children. She impacts in the best way the lives of hundreds of other children, who were her students,” the actor’s post reads.

Shilpa Shetty, who visited her school in the recent past, snapped a photo with her favorite school teacher and addressed this note to teachers around the world: “They deserve all the appreciation and love we can give them. Contact a teacher Wish them and make them feel special today. Happy Teacher’s Day to all the teachers who work on shaping minds for a better future every day. “

How do you thank a person who has helped shape your life? Words can never really do justice to express gratitude for the role teachers play in our lives. But, I’ll still want to take this opportunity and thank all my gurus, luckily having a photo with one of them, when I visited my school recently, and she was still there. My favorite Physics teacher (I didn’t like the subject as much as she did) Radha Miss, she always had this joie de vivre, positive energy and a big smile when she walked into class … Nothing had changed. Maybe, I learned to smile like that from her. She never contained her happiness ❤️ ???? In this confinement, especially seeing my son in the virtual school and the patience we have to have with them, ???? I have realized even more the value of teachers. They deserve all the appreciation and love we can give them. Contact a teacher wish him and make him feel special today ❤️ Happy teacher’s day to all teachers who are working on shaping minds for a better future every day. Thank you ???????? #HappyTeachersDay #Teachers #guru #gratitude #happiness #love

One of the greatest blessings of my life has been the teachers and professors I was fortunate to come across growing up. Whether in the academy or in the performing arts. Each of them is unique and so phenomenal that they continue to be in my life to this day. We celebrate our joys together. And lift each other up when the tide gets rough. Except today? We are friends. We discuss everything from the state of education in India to trivial things like how to make our brownie batter to perfection. It is they who inspired me to dedicate a large part of my life to the educational improvement of our country. I became a volunteer teacher at an NGO in Delhi that I now call home 6.5 years ago, and that was just the starting point to discover a passion that excited me as much as acting: being around students, teaching them, but learn a lot. more of them in return. 6.5 years, many NGO partnerships, city and country tours, and college visits later – my admiration for both the teachers and the students only increases exponentially. It is the most special bond in the world. To all the teachers, thank you for dedicating your life so selflessly to the greater cause of education, in any field. To all students, I am sorry that the pandemic has ruined your best plans and kept you out of your educational space for so many months. Everything will work out, I promise. We will do well. ❤️ @aarohan_ngo @teachforindia @soschildrensvillagesindia @unicefindia #HappyTeachersDay
