KL Rahul was brilliant in the recently concluded Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 season in the United Arab Emirates. The Kings XI Punjab skipper finished the tournament as the best lead despite his team failing to make the play-offs. However, Rahul gets a whole new challenge when he comes to India in Australia. With the likes of Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc in the opposition camp, the Australians can be expected to unleash a bouncer barrage on the Indian batsmen. The bouncing on Australian fields also seems to play in the minds of the batters of India.
The BCCI’s official Twitter handle posted a video on Monday, showing KL Rahul preparing for the short pitch stuff, giving him a helping hand was India’s spin maestro Ravichandran Ashwin.
The video shows an Ashwin swinging a tennis racket with volleyball at Rahul.

India will play against Australia in a three-game ODI series, followed by an equal number of Twenty20 Internationals. The tour concludes with the four-test series.
The first ODI between Australia and India will be played in Sydney on November 27.
However, India is already somewhat on the heels of the Test series after the BCCI announced that Captain Virat Kohli, who will be on paternity leave, will miss the final three Tests.
Kohli returns to India after the end of the opening test in Adelaide.
The last time India was in Australia, Kohli’s team made history by winning their first-ever test series on Australian soil. But Kohli’s absence will be a huge setback for the visitors who want to repeat that feat.
