US President Donald Trump has been fever free for more than four days and all of his vital signs remain stable and within normal ranges, said White House Doctor Dr. Sean Conley, on Wednesday.
“The President said this morning, ‘I feel great!’ His physical exam and vital signs, including oxygen saturation and breathing rate, all remain stable and within normal ranges, “Conley said in a memorandum.
Trump, 74, and First Lady Melania tested positive for COVID-19 Thursday night. The president was taken to a military hospital for treatment in what the White House said was considered “a matter of caution in abundance”.
After spending four days, he returned to the White House on Monday.
The president later removed his mask on the balcony of the White House, where several staff and aides have tested positive for the virus in recent days.
On Wednesday, Conley said Trump was now symptom-free.
“He has been free of fever for more than four days, has been symptom-free for over 24 hours and has not needed or received any additional oxygen since the first hospital stay,” he wrote.
