Former Australian spinner Brad Hogg said on Tuesday that Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje’s bowling in the last four overs will be a decisive factor in the Delhi Capitals’ success in the Indian Premier League final. His comment comes ahead of the IPL 2020 final between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Dubai International Stadium later today. Rabada and Nortje were the main players of DC in this season of IPL. Rabada is the leading wicket-taker in the tournament with 29 wickets under his belt and Nortje has 20 wickets with a strike rate of 16.70.

Hogg believes that Delhi’s success will depend on how Rabada and Nortje play in the death overs.

MI has won the IPL four times (2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019). On the other hand, it is the first time that DC has made their way to the final of the tournament.
MI and DC were number 1 and 2 respectively in the IPL points table.
