Rohit Sharma, after missing Mumbai Indians’ last four matches with an injury, returned to lead his side in the IPL 2020 final league match against SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Sharjah Cricket Stadium. When asked about his fitness on the pitch, Rohit Sharma was short and simple enough to put a big smile on all of the Mumbai Indians’ fans, eagerly waiting to see him back in action. “Looks like I’m fit and fine,” he told Murali Karthik on the pitch. Rohit, skipper with the most titles in IPL history, was not included in the Indian squads for tour Down Under, with BCCI saying their medical team will monitor his progress.
Aside from Rohit, Mumbai Indians have made a few more changes to their play from XI from the previous game, taking their main fast bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Trent Boult.
“There has been a lot of talk about the toss during the tournament, and we need to get the toss out of the fray and play good cricket. Looks like I’m fit and fine. ., Pattinson and Dhawal Kulkarni will replace them. I will replace Jayant Yadav, “added Rohit.

While fans celebrated his return to the field on social media, Rohit’s comeback was short-lived, as he left cheaply after handing a simple catch directly to the midfielder.
In a do-or-die game for his side, SRH skipper David Warner won the coin toss and decided to bowl, with dew in mind. The 2016 champions made just one change on their side, with Abhishek Sharma giving way to Priyam Garg.
SRH has to win their last league game to reach the playoffs. With a win, they will score 14 points, the same as Kolkata Knight Riders, but will continue for their superior Net Run Rate (NRR).
