The new Lebanese Prime Minister Mustapha Adib promises to quickly form a reform-minded government.

Beirut:

Lebanon named its German envoy Mustapha Adib as its new prime minister on Monday to lead the country through a deep crisis after the explosion in Beirut exacerbated a severe economic downturn.
