Yangon:

The authorities in Myanmar imposed an “almost complete Internet shutdown” for the second year in a row, a UK-based surveillance group said early Tuesday.

“#Myanmar finds itself in the midst of an almost complete internet shutdown for the second year in a row,” starting at 1:00 am local time (1830 GMT), according to a tweet from NetBlocks, a group that monitors internet outages around the world.
