James Neesham is one of the best white ball all-rounders in the sport today. Despite Kings XI Punjab managing to pick him up for an absolute bargain – his base price of Rs 50 lakh – in the IPL auction. Neesham has played for Delhi Daredevils (now called Delhi Capitals) and Kolkata Knight Riders in the past, but has yet to really make his mark on the tournament and this could very well be his year in IPL. Outside of the cricket field, Neesham has another talent. He’s an absolute rage on Twitter, and fans trying to troll him should do so at their own risk.

A Pakistani fan, probably in the dark about Neesham’s Twitter talents, decided to try his luck and ask the New Zealander why he plays in the IPL, opting not to participate in the Pakistan Super League (PSL ).

The Twitter user took it a step further and decided to answer his own question by saying, “ipl gives you more money and fame, that’s why you don’t play PSL very sad”.

Furious in his responses with sarcasm as his weapon of choice, Neesham decided to shut down the Pakistani fan without much fuss.

“Or because PSL is in the middle of our home summer?” the New Zealander wrote back.

While Neesham will be appearing for Punjab, headed by KL Rahul, a few other New Zealand stars are expected to appear as well.

Neesham is one of the many New Zealand stars who will participate in IPL 2020.

Lockie Ferguson will play for Kolkata Knight Riders, Mitchell McClenaghan and Trent Boult for Mumbai Indians, Kane Williamson will lead SunRisers Hyderabad, while Mitchell Santner will play for MS Dhoni in Chennai Super Kings.
