The Russian Foreign Ministry on Tuesday called on senior diplomats from several European Union countries to express their dissatisfaction with their response to the poisoning attack on opposition leader Alexey Navalny.
The state news agency RIA Novosti reported that top diplomats from Germany, France and Sweden arrived at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow on Tuesday morning.
Laboratories in the three EU countries concluded earlier this year that Navalny had been poisoned with the Soviet-designed nerve agent Novichok. These results led to EU sanctions against several Russian officials
