Actress Sonam Kapoor saw Christopher Nolan’s new movie Beginning in London and his two conclusions were, firstly, the experience of watching a movie on the big screen is “incomparable” and secondly, the presence of Dimple Kapadia on the screen gave him “goosebumps”. Sonam kapoor joined the Dimple Kapadia fan club along with Twinkle Khanna and Karan Kapadia, both supported by the actress last week when Beginning open in select theaters. Sonam accompanied her thank you note with a still from the film with Dimple Kapadia, who plays a pivotal role in the film, and wrote: “I went to see Beginning at the movies today. First of all, the incredible experience of watching a movie on the big screen is unmatched. Second, seeing the luminous Dimple Kapadia in the movie gave me goose bumps. Nothing compares to the cinema, the big screen and its magic. Nothing.”

Last week, Twinkle Khanna and his cousin Karan Kapadia (son of National Simple Kapadia Award-winning costume designer) shared the same video of Dimple Kapadia during a promotional interview for Beginning. Twinkle captioned it, “East or West, Dimple is the best. I never thought I’d riff on an Anu Malik song, but this had to be done” as Karan Kapadia wrote, “Proud of you.”

Meanwhile, Sonam Kapoor, who currently lives in London with her husband Anand Ahuja, also shared a photo of her sitting in a movie theater in London and wrote: “At last … In a cinema … So, so happy . “Sonam’s actor father, Anil Kapoor, producer Ayesha Shroff (Jackie Shroff’s wife), and designer Abu Jani supported Sonam Kapoor’s assessment of watching movies on the big screen.

Actor Tom Cruise also saw a preview sample Beginning in London, where he was filming for the next movie Mission: Impossible 7. The actor shared a video of himself arriving at the cinema in a taxi and then fragments of himself watching the film in a packed theater. “Great movie. Big screen. Loved it,” he captioned it.

Beginning, set on a $ 200 million budget, it opted for a big screen premiere and is touted as the movie that could save theaters after the lockdown imposed after the coronavirus outbreak. In many countries, cinemas have reopened with caution and Beginning, a spy drama, draws crowds. During the confinement, several films were released on digital platforms after losing their appointment in theaters.
